The aim of this project is to develop products for Children's wear and Childcare sectors thanks to the last discoveries of new technology.

These studies will be carried out following the presence and the interest of all Children's wear and Childcare manufacturers.

Possible lines of work :

1. Electrotermic Products

• Heatable Baby Booties/shoes/gloves
• Baby Prams with adjustable temperature
• Baby Prams with integrated baby’s bottle heater
• Thin heatable sheet ( like blanket)
• Heatable ski clothing.

2. Products with light components

• Luminescent figures printings
• Embroidery with luminescent or electroluminescent elements
• Integration of LEDs or optical luminescent fibres of children’s clothing
• Prams/little beds/Parkas with games of lights integrated
• Electrochromatic clothes or products on which printed drawings can appear and disappear
• Fotochromatic and Fotoluminescent fibres which change colour (sheets, blankets)...

3. Interactive textiles products

• Interactive clothes: touching one zone of the cloth, you activate a sound, a light…
• Interactive park prams: textiles keys integrated to active sounds, lights….

4. Integration of sensors

• Integration of sensor against the dampness (detection of pee) in clothes or other textiles items (sheet)
• Integration of sensors for the temperature in the interior of prams (vision temperature interior and exterior)
• Integration of pressure sensors in beds/prams (detection of movements in order to know if the baby is sleeping)
• Movement sensor thanks to optic fibres in the baby’s clothes

5. Technical textiles

• Antibacterial and fungicide fabric (clothes, socks, sheets)
• Anti-stress Sheets and bed/prams lines
• Thermoregulated textiles (PCMs)

6. Nano-finished products

• Antibacterial and fungicides
• Anti-stain and anti-smell
• Thermoregulated compounds
